Information About Advertising on the Map and Website
The Map

Archived Maps
- The back of the map is divided into 6 slots
- Single slot ads are 2.6" wide x 3.35" tall and cost $25/month.
- Double slot ads are 2.6" wide x 6.7" high or 5.2" wide x 3.35" tall and cost $45/month.
- 4 slot ads are 5.2" wide x 6.7" high and cost $85/month
- The cover is $50/month and must be art related. The ad must contain artwork that will be shown. The cover has been taken until the end of the year 2010
- We also can provide you with a bubble highlighting your event and pointing to your businesses dot on the printed and website map for $10/month. This is a great value!!
The Website
Due to increased demand for the limited space on the homepage we have increased the price of a website ad starting May 1st, 2010
All ads on the website run from the first Saturday of the month to the he first Saturday of the next month
- Starting May 1st, 2010 the price of a 150px x 200px Web ad will increase from $15/mo to $20/mo.
- We will also give you a discount if you choose to run the ad for multiple months.
- $54 for 3 months = 10% discount
- $102 for 6 months = 15% discount
- $192 for 1 year = 20% discount
and
- Starting May 1st, 2010 the price of a 150px x 300px Web ad will increase from $20/mo to $25/mo.
- We will also give you a discount if you choose to run the ad for multiple months.
- $67.50 for 3 months = 10% discount
- $127.50 for 6 months = 15% discount
- $240 for 1 year = 20% discount
For fairness in ad placement all ads are placed in a randomizer with its place in the stacking order different each time the homepage is loaded. An ad appears on the homepage every time the page is loaded just in a different location.
Here is what we need from you
For a Printed Ad
- Vector graphics are best but 300dpi jpegs will do.
- You can use your logo or a photograph or both in your ad if you would like.
- You are responsible for getting your ad to us by the 18th of the month before the the walk.
- If you are in need of design services for your ad we can help you for an additional $10 per ad

For a Website Ad
- a 150px wide x 200px tall or 150px wide x 300px tall image file in either jpeg, gif, or swf format
- You are responsible for getting your ad to us by the 16th of the month before the the walk.
- If you are in need of design services for your Web ad we can help you for an additional $10 per ad. We can also create a flash(swf) ad for you for $30 per ad. All files created for you are yours to take and use elsewhere if you choose.
